This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all products purchased from Sensagem websites (sensagem.com and wholesale.sensagem.com), including titanium and surgical steel piercing jewelry.

Please carefully check product models, materials, and quantities before placing your order to avoid unnecessary returns.

2. Refund & Return Conditions

Product Quality Issues:
If the received product has quality issues, is damaged, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You will need to provide photos or videos as proof.

Order Errors:
If the shipment does not match your order in terms of model or quantity, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Quality Reasons:
For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or wrong model selection), returns are generally not accepted, but exchanges or credits toward your next order can be arranged upon agreement.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, piercing jewelry cannot be returned after purchase unless there is a quality issue or shipping error.

    • Photos or videos of the product
  2. We will confirm the return eligibility within 24-48 hours.
  3. Once approved, send the product back to the address we provide.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund via the original payment method or arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for quality issues or incorrect shipments are covered by us. Returns due to personal reasons are the responsibility of the customer.
